Images: You can choose to have an image displayed on the detail page along with the associated information. You must include your images in an images subfolder where you will be uploading the ASaP files as the program will expect them in this location for uploading. Simply make reference to the image name in your database including the image folder in the path. i.e. "images/dog.jpg"
Within ASaP choose the field in your table that will contain the image filename from the list of fields. If you want your pictures to appear at the top of your Detail pages, instead of at the bottom of the page, check the "Top of Page" box.
Choosing Your Hyperlink Field: If one of the fields in your table makes reference to other Web pages or email addresses, indicate which field in your table will contain the link by clicking on the name of the field in the list. The name of the field you choose will appear under "Hyperlink Field." Normally, the hyperlink will appear on the page as it actually appears when typed, i.e. http://www.domainname.com/folder/filename.htm however, if you prefer, you can arrange for some alternate text to appear instead by entering it in the field under "Hyperlink Text." Note that in this case, the same text will be used for each record. If you want the Web page that is referred to via this link to appear in a popup window, check the "Pop-up Window" box. If you are using email addresses instead of Web page links, check the "Email Address" box. Note that in either case, either all of the links are to Web pages or all of the links are to Email addresses. Click Next when you are satisfied with your selections for this page.
