Choosing Your Hyperlink Field: If one of the fields in your table contain URLs to Web pages or email addresses, indicate which field in your table contains the link by clicking on the name of the field in the list.

The name of the field you choose will appear under "Hyperlink Field."

Normally, the hyperlink will appear on the page as it actually appears when typed, for example it will contain the http: , the slashes, the www and so on. If you prefer, some alternate text can be displayed instead. Enter it in the field under "Hyperlink Display Text."

Note: in this case, the same text will be used for each record.

If the hyperlink is not an email link and you want the Web page that is referred to via this link to appear in a popup window, check the "Popup Window" box.

If you are using email addresses instead of Web page links, check the "Email Address" box.

Note that in either case, either all of the links are to Web pages or all of the links are to Email addresses.
